Henry Pereira is a graphic designer/desktop publishing specialist at SLTI. Mr. Pereira has over 6 years of digital design experience in art direction including: typography, corporate brand and identity, color management, advertisement, and package design along with communication within the sales, marketing, and creative departments. Prior to coming to SLTI, Mr. Pereira worked with non-profit companies such as The Trust for Public Land and Marcelino Pan y Vino, Inc. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Gibbs College in Vienna, VA.
His software proficiencies in the Adobe package include: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash MX, along with other various design applications. In addition to an extensive knowledge of graphic and digital imaging design, Mr. Pereira is fluent in both English and Spanish.
At SLTI, Mr. Pereira has served in the design and production of the Spanish versions of the Standards-Based Assessments for the New Mexico Public Education Department. He has also assisted as a desktop publisher for the development of Arabic to English and English to Arabic Translation Tests.
