Following is a list of order forms for different language
aptitude tests that SLTI is currently selling. Please download the
order form and the Organization/Student Qualifications Form that you
may need for purchasing the test(s). You can open the print friendly
version with
Acrobat Reader. Print it
out, complete the information requested, and mail it with a check,
money order, or credit card information according to the
instructions on the order form. You can open the email friendly
version with Microsoft Word. Complete the order form, save the file,
and email it as an attachment to
CStansfield@2LTI.com.
We also accept purchase orders from schools.

MLAT Qualifications Form
Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of the test, we only sell the MLAT to government agencies, missionary groups, and licensed clinical psychologists. We do NOT sell the test to individual researchers, teachers, or students. If you are a qualified individual or organization and would like to order the MLAT, please download and completely fill out the organization qualifications form. Then email the form to CStansfield@2lti.com. If the qualifications form is approved by SLTF, an order form for the MLAT will be emailed.
